These nurses are dedicated to your personal care and to helping you and your family members enjoy your best health. (For Basic, PLUS and Community Choice members only.)
24/7 NurseLine – When you have concerns about your health, call our 24/7 NurseLine at 800-424-8814. The NurseLine's registered nurses are available around the clock to answer your questions or listen to your health concerns. Important! Be sure to select the menu option for the NurseLine.
Preventive care is an important key to your health. Find out which screenings and other services are covered based on your age, sex and health. These services are covered at 100%, so don't miss out on these important ways to protect your health.

Discounts on health-related items – Our SpecialOffers program offers you discounts on many health-related products and services, like health club fees for new memberships, programs for weight management and stress reduction, discounts on baby items and more.

Fitness club reimbursement – You can get reimbursed for up to $100 toward membership at a fitness club. The reimbursement is paid to the Plan enrollee upon proof of payment. Use our fitness club reimbursement form to request your reimbursement. Check the instructions for details on the types of facilities that qualify under this benefit and how to complete the reimbursement form.
