Annual enrollment is April 7 – May 5, 2021. We know that choosing a health plan is a big decision. You want to be sure to select the health plan that's best for you.

What's New Starting July 1, 2021

If you're a renewing UniCare member, it's always a good idea to check out the plans and see what's changed since last year. Here's what will change on July 1 for the Medicare Extension plan:

Ready to Enroll in UniCare? Here's How.

Your deadline to enroll is May 5, 2021. Enroll in one of our plans on the GIC's website. Use myGICLink to complete and submit your digital enrollment form.

Important! If you're a current Medicare Extension member and would like to stay in this plan, you don't have to take any action. Your coverage will continue automatically in the Medicare Extension plan on July 1, 2021.

  • Mobile Health Consumer App – Download and register for Mobile Health Consumer – your personalized app for UniCare health resources and plan communications for your mobile device or computer.
