New Login Process for Viewing Your Claims Online
To make it easier for members and their dependents to access their claims information on
our web site, UniCare has changed its logon process to allow immediate access, and has added
access for dependents 18 years of age and older.
Just complete the brief registration form where you will create your own user ID and password.
Once our system verifies your registration information, you'll have immediate access to your
claims information.
This new authentication process provides enhanced security against others accessing your
personal health information (PHI), and gives individual access to each covered member 18
years and older.
Please note: If you are the enrollee/subscriber, you will only have access to claims
information for yourself and your dependents who are under age 18. If you have a spouse,
or a dependent who is age 18 or older, only they will be able to access their individual
claims information by establishing their own user ID and password.
Existing Users:
You must re-establish your access rights through this new authentication process.
For security reasons, you will no longer be able to access the View Claims function
by using your GIC ID number and the 4-digit PIN that was previously provided to you.
