View Your Claims

If you have questions about your family's claims, you can check this information online at any time - whenever it's most convenient for you. Your access to this data is protected, so no one can access this information but you.

To get detailed information about a specific claim, click on "details" for that claim and you'll be able to view and print an Explanation of Benefits (EOB). The EOB gives you details such as dates of services provided, the amount paid by the Plan and any amounts you are responsible for paying, including any applicable deductibles or coinsurance amounts.
