Plan Options Available under the UniCare State Indemnity Plan

The UniCare State Indemnity Plan offers different plan options to people insured through the Group Insurance Commission, depending on your eligibility category. Each of these plans gives you broad provider access along with comprehensive coverage for many health services including hospital stays, surgery, emergency care, preventive care, outpatient services and other medically necessary treatment.

It is important to know that benefits vary depending on the service provided and the provider you see. To fully understand your benefits, please read your member handbook and benefit updates carefully. View Member Handbooks and Benefit Updates.
