Information with Our IVR System
Our interactive voice response (IVR) system gives providers access to claims and eligibility information about UniCare State Indemnity Plan members whenever it's most convenient.
All you need is your tax ID number (TIN) and the member's ID number.
To access the IVR:
- Call (800) 442-9300 (our Customer Service phone line)
- Press 2 to access the provider menu
- Press 1 to access the automated system and follow the prompts to access the specific information you need.
